John 17:1
These words spake
Jesus, and lifted up his eyes toward heaven, and said, Father, the hour has
come; glorify thy Son, that thy Son may glorify thee:
Lago is another word for acts of prayer, which means
“to break the silence.” Many times, we pray with our mouths closed. We just let
the meditation of our heart be acceptable in his sight. But occasionally, God
the Father wants us to open our mouths. Even if all we are saying is, “help
Lord.” If it’s no more than saying “have mercy,” you will have opened your
mouth. Since he’s our father he wants to hear the voice of his children...
